Hey there, I’m Dan , the founder of The $cript Project.

When this idea first came to life, I thought it would just be a simple program — something to help people change, grow, and find direction in life. But as time passed, I realized it’s much bigger than that.

The $cript is not just a course — it’s a movement that connects people from hospitality, service, and personal growth fields who want more out of their work, their careers, and themselves.

💡 Why I Started The $cript

After years in hospitality — hotels, management, guest service, long hours, and endless lessons — I saw one truth:

Nobody really teaches you how to handle it all — the people, the pressure, the balance.

So I decided to build something for those who are searching for guidance, a start, or simply a space where they feel understood.

That’s how this project began — one small idea, growing step by step, post by post, just like your own career journey.

🌍 What You’ll Find Here

On this blog, you’ll discover stories, lessons, and strategies that come straight from experience — the kind of insight no course or book can replace.
From learning how to communicate better at work, to understanding career moves, roles, salaries, or even emotional growth — it’s all part of the $cript.

And yes, if you’re just starting out or looking for a new direction, you’re in the right place.
