This policy applies to purchases made directly through adprodan.com or through linked checkout systems where ANYPROYES SRL / A.D.Prodan is the seller or service provider. Products purchased through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Payhip, Stripe checkout, or other marketplaces may also be subject to those platforms’ own refund and delivery rules.
Digital products may include ebooks, PDFs, guides, worksheets, templates, downloadable files, online educational materials, recordings, private resources, or similar digital content.
Digital products may be delivered immediately after payment by download link, access link, email, private page, or third-party platform.
By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access, the customer acknowledges that delivery may begin immediately and that the right of withdrawal may be limited or lost once the digital product has been accessed, downloaded, delivered, opened, or made available, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds for digital products are generally not available after access, download, or delivery has started, unless:
Services may include advisory sessions, consulting, coaching-style sessions, publishing guidance, writing support, educational workshops, creator strategy, business guidance, training sessions, or similar services.
If a customer books or purchases a service and agrees that the service begins during the 14-day withdrawal period, the customer acknowledges that preparation, scheduling, communication, review, planning, research, or delivery may begin immediately.
If the customer withdraws after the service has started but before it has been fully completed, the customer may be required to pay proportionally for the work already prepared, started, scheduled, or delivered before the valid withdrawal request.
If the service has been fully performed with the customer’s prior agreement before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply, except where required by applicable law.

Reasonable rescheduling may be offered depending on availability, timing, and the nature of the service.
Late cancellation, non-attendance, or repeated rescheduling may result in the session being treated as delivered or forfeited, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
If the service provider needs to reschedule a session, a new date may be offered. If no suitable date can be agreed and no service has started, a refund may be considered where appropriate.
Books or products purchased through Amazon or another third-party marketplace are governed by the refund, cancellation, delivery, tax, and customer-service rules of that platform.
adprodan.com cannot directly control Amazon refund decisions, marketplace access, platform delivery, or third-party account issues.
Customers should contact the marketplace or payment platform first for purchases made through third-party platforms.
