Products purchased through third-party platforms, including Amazon, Payhip, Stripe, or other marketplaces/payment providers, may also be governed by those platforms’ own terms, refund rules, privacy policies, and delivery conditions.

If a customer does not receive access or confirmation after successful payment, they should contact contact@adprodan.com.
Orders may be refused in exceptional cases with full refund where appropriate.

Customers purchasing products or services online through adprodan.com may have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal, where applicable under Romanian and European Union consumer law.
Digital products, including ebooks, PDFs, guides, templates, downloadable files, and online educational materials, may be delivered immediately after payment.
By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be limited or lost once the digital product has been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available, except where required by applicable law.
For services, advisory sessions, workshops, consulting, training, coaching-style sessions, or educational support, if the customer requests or agrees that the service begins during the 14-day withdrawal period, the customer acknowledges that preparation, scheduling, communication, review, or delivery may begin immediately and that they may be required to pay proportionally for the part of the service already prepared, started, scheduled, or delivered before any valid withdrawal request.
If a service has been fully performed with the customer’s prior agreement before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply, except where required by applicable law.
Products and services are educational, informational, creative, and consulting-based.
No guarantee is made regarding income, sales, publishing success, book success, audience growth, business growth, job/career outcome, personal development result, or any specific result.
Liability is limited to the value paid by the customer for the specific product or service involved, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
ANYPROYES SRL, A.D.Prodan, ProDan Media, and adprodan.com are not responsible for external technical issues, platform failures, payment-provider issues, marketplace decisions, customer device problems, internet connection problems, or customer implementation choices.
The customer must provide correct data, a valid email address, and a stable internet connection where needed.
Products and services are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Digital products, ebooks, guides, templates, materials, text, images, frameworks, branding, logos, methods, and creative concepts are copyright protected.
The ebook and other digital materials may not be resold, shared, copied, redistributed, uploaded publicly, modified for resale, or used as part of another paid product without written permission.
Recording or redistribution of sessions, workshops, calls, or private materials is forbidden unless expressly agreed in writing.
All rights remain with A.D.Prodan, ProDan Media, ANYPROYES SRL, or the respective rights holders.
Where a service, advisory session, workshop, call, or educational session is booked, scheduling will be handled according to the available calendar, agreed communication method, or booking platform.
Customers should attend scheduled sessions on time.
If a customer cannot attend, they should provide reasonable notice as early as possible.
Rescheduling may be offered depending on availability, timing, and the nature of the service.
No-shows, late cancellations, or repeated rescheduling may result in the session being considered delivered or forfeited, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
No liability applies for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, internet outages, platform failures, cyberattacks, government restrictions, payment-provider issues, health emergencies, travel restrictions, or other force majeure events.
Where appropriate, rescheduling, replacement, access support, or refund options may be considered depending on the situation.
Romanian and European Union law apply where relevant.
Disputes should first be resolved amicably by contacting contact@adprodan.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent Romanian courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
For out-of-court dispute settlement, consumers may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity — SAL.
